Supported Standard Test Cycles:
Thermal Cycling Test (TC200 / TC50):Automates temperature cycling between -40℃ and +85℃ with ramp rates up to 3.4℃/min while allowing current injection testing to evaluate thermal stress on solar cell solder joints.
Damp Heat Test (DH1000):Maintains continuous environmental stress at +85℃ and 85% RH for 1,000 hours with strict temperature deviation (±2.0℃) and humidity control (±2.5% RH) to test module delamination and corrosion.
Humidity Freeze Test (HF10):Executes seamless temperature transitions from +85℃ / 85% RH down to sub-zero -40℃ to evaluate junction box adhesion, frame seals, and edge ribbon reliability.
